Maya is open to everyone.

We want Maya to be usable by as many people as possible. When visitors can just speak to your website instead of reading menus and clicking through pages, it becomes easier for people who find menus hard to read, who have their hands full, or who'd simply rather speak.

We're continually improving how Maya works for everyone.

How Maya helps more people use your site

Every feature below is live in every Maya widget, on every plan.

Speak, don't click

Visitors speak naturally — no keyboard, no mouse, no form. People who find menus hard to navigate can access all your information through voice alone.

Full keyboard navigation

The Maya widget button is fully keyboard-accessible. Tab to reach it, Enter to open, Escape to close. No pointer device required at any step.

Screen reader friendly

The widget uses proper ARIA labels, roles, and live regions, ensuring full compatibility with major screen readers. Tested on real assistive technology.

Any language, automatically

Maya detects each visitor's browser language and responds accordingly — removing language barriers that can affect elderly and non-native users.

Respects OS settings

The Maya widget respects prefers-contrast and prefers-reduced-motion settings, helping users with visual and vestibular conditions.

Easy on mobile

Large touch targets, generous spacing, and voice activation make Maya easy to use on mobile — important for assistive touch users.

Our commitment

MyTech Upgrade is committed to making Maya usable by as many people as possible.

  • We build Maya so that visitors can speak to a website instead of reading menus and clicking through pages.
  • We design the widget and dashboard to work with keyboards and screen readers as well as with mouse and touch.
  • We keep improving. Accessibility is part of every product review cycle.
  • We want to hear from you if something doesn't work — see the feedback section below.

This statement covers the Maya widget (the embeddable voice component) and the Maya business dashboard at maya.mytechupgrade.com.
