I tried every chatbot on the market. They all had the same problem: they were generic. They didn't know what the business actually sold, what it charged, or where the booking page was. Visitors would ask a real question and get a canned response. Then they'd leave.

So we built Maya. She reads the website. She knows the prices, the services, the hours. She can take a visitor straight to the page they need. She captures their name and number before they disappear. And she does all of that in whatever language the visitor speaks — at 2am, on a Sunday, without anyone touching a keyboard.

The more we tested her, the more we saw it: a business that couldn't afford to miss a single call, now missing none of them. That's when we knew this was the right thing to build.

What we're building

MyTech Upgrade is a small team building AI products for the businesses that everyone ignores: the barbershop, the physio clinic, the e-commerce store with three staff. We don't build enterprise software. We build things that work the first week, pay for themselves by the second, and don't need a consultant to set up.

Maya is our first product. She's live. She works. She's used by real businesses who didn't have the budget for a real receptionist and didn't want to pay for something that only half-answered their customers' questions.

Our one rule

If it doesn't work for a business owner who's been awake since 6am, it doesn't ship. Every feature we build has to earn its place by doing something real — not by looking good in a demo.
