Maya for agencies: one dashboard, every client's website
Agencies add Maya to their clients' websites, manage every client workspace from one agency dashboard, and set the price their clients pay. Maya is the AI revenue layer for business websites: she talks with visitors by voice or text in their language, captures leads, books and follows up.
How a client goes live
An example, not a customer story
On Monday morning an agency adds a dental clinic's website to its dashboard. Maya reads the site and shows what she learned: the treatments, the prices, the opening hours. The agency corrects one price, pastes a script tag, and the clinic's site starts answering visitors, in their language, before lunch.
- Apply for the agency partnership from the Agency page in the Maya dashboard. Applications are reviewed personally.
- Add a client workspace: the business name, the website address and, if you like, the client's email.
- Maya reads the website and builds a digital copy of the client's business: services, prices, hours, offers, pages, brand and languages. You or the client review it and correct anything.
- Install it. Copy the client's script tag, or use a guided install for WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, BigCommerce or GoHighLevel. Most installs take about ten minutes.
- Choose the client's plan, Connect, Booking or Reception, and start billing from the client's page. Only the agency owner can start billing.
What the agency dashboard shows
- Every client workspace in one list, with its plan, billing status, leads and bookings in the last 30 days, and callbacks waiting.
- For each client: whether the installation is verified, the progress of the first scan of the website, the install snippet and the most recent leads.
- Invitations for the client's own team as editor or reader. An invitation never makes anyone the owner of the client's workspace.
- A pause and resume switch for each client's service.
- Roles for your own staff: owner, editor or viewer. Only the owner sees registration, billing and client creation.
Agency prices
The agency pays Maya for each client's plan at the rate below and sets its own price to the client. The two tiers differ in branding: the co-branded tier keeps Maya's branding, and the white-label tier removes the TryMaya name and mark from the emails visitors receive and from the client's dashboard.
| Plan | List price per month | Co-branded (30% off) | White-label (20% off) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connect | €299 | €209.30 | €239.20 |
| Booking | €499 | €349.30 | €399.20 |
| Reception | €899 | €629.30 | €719.20 |
- The client discounts, 30% off on the co-branded tier and 20% off on the white-label tier, apply from your first client.
- Your own Maya account is 50% off once you have at least 5 active, paying client workspaces, and it switches off again if you drop below that.
- Voice minutes beyond a plan's monthly allowance are €0.18 a minute wholesale. You set what your client pays.
- All prices are per month, plus VAT. You invoice your own clients; Maya does not bill them for you.
- A change of tier is requested from the Agency page and confirmed by us.
What each plan includes is on the pricing page: Connect has voice and text in 70+ languages, page actions and lead capture; Booking adds selling, bookings and follow-up; Reception adds the phone, text-message reminders, several websites and CRM sync.
GoHighLevel agencies: install and connect
If your clients' sites run on GoHighLevel, Maya installs and connects inside the account you already manage.
- Install Maya in HighLevel once for the client businesses you pick, or for all of them. The access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Sign in to Maya and press Connect: every business gets its own Maya workspace under your agency, with its website read from its HighLevel profile.
- Open Maya in the HighLevel menu to see what is connected, and paste the install snippet into each client's funnel or website with Custom Code.
- Once connected, Maya reads open slots from the sub-account's calendar and writes confirmed bookings back to it (Booking and above), and sends captured leads into GoHighLevel contacts, tagged as Maya leads (Reception).
The page for this audience is Maya for GoHighLevel.
What your clients' visitors get
Each client's Maya greets visitors by voice or text in 70+ languages, answers from the client's own approved information, scrolls and navigates the site with them, captures the lead and, on Booking and above, books the appointment and follows up. When she does not know an answer she says so instead of guessing. The client's logo and colours are read from their website, so the widget looks like theirs. The whole picture is on what an AI revenue layer is.
Questions people ask
How many clients do I need to get the agency prices?
None. The client discounts, 30% off on the co-branded tier and 20% off on the white-label tier, apply from your first client. Only your own Maya account's 50% discount waits until you have at least 5 active, paying client workspaces, and it switches off again if you drop below that. You can start with one client.
Does my client get their own login?
Yes. Invite the client's team to their workspace as editor or reader. They see their own leads and conversations; you keep the agency view of every client.
Whose name do the client and their customers see?
The widget carries the client's own logo and colours, read from their website. On the co-branded tier Maya's branding stays. On the white-label tier the TryMaya name and mark are removed from the emails visitors receive and from the client's dashboard, and your agency can name the assistant. You ask for a tier change from the Agency page and we confirm it.
Who pays whom?
You pay Maya for each client's plan at your agency rate, and you invoice your client at whatever price you set. Maya does not split revenue with you or bill your clients on your behalf.
What happens when Maya does not know an answer on a client's site?
She says so, takes the visitor's details and flags the question for the client. The owner or you answer once, and she knows it for every visitor after. The questions she could not answer are a ready-made agenda for your next client call.
Is this a GoHighLevel product?
No. Maya is made by MyTech Upgrade and works on any website. For GoHighLevel agencies it connects to client sub-accounts through GoHighLevel's OAuth sign-in, as described above.
